In 2026, Stella centre is excited to be able to offer a key service to our patients. Our little team is expanding to provide evidence-based therapy along side the SGB to address symptoms of trauma, anxiety and other mental health conditions. The SGB treatment becomes a powerful adjunct to this offering.

Nervous system regulation & Trauma-informed care
Family systems & relational therapy
Emotional connection/ communication within families
Mental health concerns across the lifespan
Neurodivergence: ADHD, autism, anxiety, stress and mood difficulties
Every person who walks through the doors at Stella brings a story; one shaped by experiences, relationships and the nervous system’s natural responses to challenge and stress.
"My work begins with understanding that story in its entirety".
As a family therapist with mental health qualifications, Portia bring both clinical expertise and deep respect for the human journey toward healing and regulation.
The focus is on helping individuals and families reconnect with their innate capacity for balance and calm by supporting the nervous system, strengthening relationships and fostering compassion within and between those closest to them.
Healing rarely happens in isolation; it involves understanding the patterns that exist within families, the ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves and how these responses can shift with safety, awareness and connection.
At Stella, Portia's goal is to walk alongside you and those important to you, not only as a clinician, but a collaborative partner in your journey. Its imperative that we strive to create a safe and supportive space where the whole picture of your experience is seen, heard and honoured.
"Together, we explore new ways of relating, restoring regulation and building lasting change that extends beyond the therapy room".
Ms Portia Kambasha has a flexible schedule as she continues to work part time in other clinic settings and study (nurse practitioner Masters) - reach out to us via email to discuss schedule availability.
