Our care team operates virtually and can be reached best via email cares@stellacentre.com.au.  We do not have a receptionist - if you call us with an inquiry while our consultants are scheduled with other clients, please leave a voicemail message with your details and a team member will reach out to you within 2 business days. Alternatively, schedule a call at a time that suits you via our website.

If you have scheduled a call,  the caller ID will be 03 9021 6262. ALL CALLS WILL BE RECORDED for quality and training purposes. Stella Centre strictly prohibits verbal abuse or threats - such behaviour is not tolerated, and any instances will be addressed promptly and appropriately in accordance with our company policies.
